Give a presentation to manager Dr. zhao this morning, demonstrating how the project will be implemented and my estimation on schedule.
He seemed satisfied with the plan and approved the project.

Next I'll start coding and try finish phase1 by end of April.

Also had a conversation with QA manager about performance testing, I tried to figure out what he want the performance testing be like, what specific requirements he is intended to have. Next week, I'll make a document with all the uncertainty clarified and, which will be as the basis for the performance testing project.
