1.	Computer related major, bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience in development or testing;
2.	Master test process and test case design methodology, rich experience on functional testing, API testing, and E2E testing with more complicated project;
3.	Rich experience on automation framework designing, good at GUI/API automation testing, have ability to investigate the cutting-edge technology from testing domain;
4.	Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD solution for testing part;
5.	Familiar with Java language, more experience on K8S/Docker;
6.	Familiar with the testing tools from market and the latest technology, like automation testing, performance testing, compatibility testing;
7.	Have ability to solve the complicated issue and develop testing tool or platform for testing purpose;
8.	Quick learner and strong logic, be Professional and a good team player;
9.	Good communication and issue solving;
10.	Strong responsibility and initiative and be able to work under big pressure;
11.	Should be able to speak and write English fluently;
12.	Security testing or white-box testing is plus.

7.	Status sync up and Reporting;
8.	Familiar with HCC multiple biz domain IT solution;
9.	Research and adoption of agile way in testing;
10.	Learn and investigate the industry trend and testing tools for delivery purpose;
11.	On behalf of QA, governance the tested product design and present the automation solutions;
12.	Promote test automation/performance/security/CI… solutions and best practices across teams;
13.	Improve the testing activity with efficiency way;
14.   Provides expertise in software testing detailed make sure the IT implementation is matched business requirement with high quality delivery and further to make sure UAT more quickly and smoothly.
