Requirements:
1.Bachelor or equivalent degree in IT;
2.Fluent English (spoken and written);

4.Good team player and communication/negotiate skills across different teams (business & IT);
5.Awareness of business impact from reported issues;
6.Ability to work independently under pressure, reliability and flexibility;
7.Need-to-have areas:
1)At least 5 years’ experience in IT test or development;
2)Skilled in test theory, test design and execution;
3)Skilled in problem analysis and investigation;
4)Skilled in coordination/negotiate/communication;
5)Good understanding of IT applications/architecture/data flow;
6)Knowledge of SQL, XSD, WSDL, and development tools/languages;
7)Advanced experience with MS Office (Visio, Excel, Word);
8.Nice-to-have areas:
1)Experience with mobile applications;
2)Experience/Knowledge with IT project management and delivery lifecycle;
3)Familiar with JIRA, SOAP UI or other testing tools;
4)Experience/Knowledge with IT project management and delivery lifecycle.

岗位职责
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Coordination of test activities performed by multiple testers across teams/departments;
2.Make test analysis and review test cases design by business, ensure test quality;
3.Coordination of preparation of test data and test environment;
4.Record and monitor issues/defects, make analysis, communicate with IT analyst team and development team in the resolution, Re-test fixes/solutions/issues, execute manual tests with various technologies;
5.Test status/progress Report • Ensure defects fixed in time and UAT finished in time;
6.Create and maintain test documentation.
