Purpose of the Position:
Establish, manage and execute Quality Assurance operations for
software products

Requirements of the Role:
Understand and implement Quality Assurance for software products
Implement, manage and execute test cases
Continuously review testing processes and suggest improvements
Build strong working relationships
Distribute workload

Skills and Experience:
Written and verbal communication skills in English & Japanese (if possible)
Advanced knowledge of IT assets (3 years experience in the IT industry)
Knowledge of software test methodology
Knowledge of web applications
Knowledge of database
Knowledge of Java language
Knowledge of Linux (install, general operation)
Knowledge of automation testing tools (i.e. Quick Test Pro)
Leadership skills
