岗位要求
Job Requirements Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience. Qualifications: • Solid testing (or architecture) experience on performance, reliability and scalability in large scale Cloud or virtualization environment • Ability to design/execute/automate performance, reliability and scalability test case, analyze result, then tune system accordingly • Familiar with performance test methodology and tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, IOZone etc,.), ability to write test tools/scripts in Python, Perl/Shell etc,. • Ability to monitor, gather, analyze distributed system performance and give recommendation • Proficient to work in Linux, virtualization environment, familiar with Xen • Highly self-motivated without supervision, fast learner, team player • Creative thinking, good problem solving skills • Good verbal and written English communication skills • Strong sense of software quality assurance processes Desirable: • Familiar with object oriented product design and development concepts, development experience is a plus • Hands on experience in establishing test infrastructure and automation framework • Leadership skills would be a plus Education: • Bachelor or master in computer science
岗位职责
• Design, execute and automate performance, reliability and scalability test cases, analyze result and give recommendations • Establish performance, reliability and scalability testing methods, tools and codes for measurement of throughput, latency and response time under various load • Diagnostic and analyze performance issues of Cloud lab environment to support infrastructure and services. • Guide teammates for Cloud component performance, reliability and scalability testing • Review Cloud documentation • Provide technical information to other disciplines as necessary
