The fifth year, Focus on testing organization job. Manage 1~3 testing engineers, be in charge of assignment assessment, management and progress control; go a further step to foster the technique in the software project management and support tool.
The sixth year, focus on technology management. Manage 4~8 testing engineers, improve the assignment assessment and progress control ability, make the testing plan; research the technology method of testing, keep the technique of using project instruction and support tool; use many time to supply technology and process instruction for other testing engineers; begin to build connection with clients and make presentations.
The 7 to 12years, testing management. Manage above 8 testing engineers, be in charge of one or more testing project job, communicate with clients and make presentations; keep the ability of using project management and support tool.
